Payment

I will send you invoice by email for the amount of classes you wish to have.

Classes must be paid in full before the start of any class. If they are not paid, any scheduled class will be subject to cancellation. No more than 50 classes can be purchased at a time. 

There are no refunds. This is the reason why you can choose the amount of classes you would like to purchase. However, classes can be rescheduled if needed.

Referrals 

If you refer me to a friend, that friend must purchase  lessons in order for you to receive the discount. If your friend has a trial lesson and does not purchase lessons, then you will not receive the referral discount. If your friend does purchase lessons after their trial lesson, then you will receive discounted lessons.

Scheduling

Classes can be scheduled up to 3 weeks in advance. 

Weekly fixed classes are offered to all students who wish to have class at the same day and time every week (ex: Mondays at 18.00). These classes once scheduled will continue until the parent notifies the teacher otherwise. 

Students can also choose to have non-fixed classes, but they should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Student Cancellation

If you need to cancel a class please let me know via email or WeChat in advance, and we can reschedule the class for another day according to the teachers availability.

If you do not show up for class within 10 minutes of the start time (for 25 minute lesson) or 14 minutes ( for 40 minute /55 minute lesson), the class will be canceled. You will be charged.

If you are late to class then the class will still end at the scheduled time.

Teacher Cancellation

If I cannot attend class because of an emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible. Any class that the teacher needs to  cancel will be rescheduled at a time we both agree on. 

If I have to schedule time off for any reason, I will notify you in advance and this time will be blocked off on my calendar. Any scheduled classes will be pushed back until I return.

Additional Information

Please remember that each class package is for one child. So only one child can attend class. Any further questions can be answered via WeChat or email. Thank you!
